- Leftover veggies (I used yellow bell pepper, spinach, onion and tomato).
- Leftover cheese (I used fat free mozzarella and fresh mozzarella).
- Seasonings of your choice (I used Penzeys minced garlic and Italian seasoning).
- Turkey Italian sausage
- Whole Wheat thin crust pizza dough
- Pizza sauce
- Spread pizza sauce on crust and layer toppings.
- Top off with cheese.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes until bubbly on top and cheese is brown.
