- 1-2 lbs fresh green beans
- 4 fresh garlic cloves minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Snap the ends from the green beans.
- Bring 6 qts. of water to boil.
- Add green beans and reduce heat to medium.
- Boil 7 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
- Saute garlic, butter, salt and pepper.
- Add green beans and stir till heated through. Serve immediately.
